1) Administrative section
① Institutional construction and implementation: Assist in formulating and implementing the company's administrative management system and processes, ensuring the standardization and efficiency of the company's administrative work.
② Document management: The company manages the writing and publication of internal and external official documents, and does a good job in classifying and archiving relevant confidentiality levels.
③ Meeting organization and coordination: Responsible for the preparation, organization, and coordination of various company meetings, including conference room reservations, preparation of meeting materials, meeting minutes, etc.
④ Document Management: Responsible for archiving, storing, and retrieving company documents to ensure their security and integrity.
⑤ Asset Management: Responsible for the procurement, registration, management, and maintenance of company assets to ensure their safety and effective utilization.
(2) Human Resources Division
① Recruitment and Selection: Based on company needs, develop recruitment plans, publish recruitment information, conduct resume screening, interviews, and selection to ensure the recruitment of suitable employees.
② Employee Training and Development: Cooperate with the employing department to organize new employee onboarding training, as well as regular on-the-job training and skill enhancement courses, to enhance employees' professional skills and work efficiency. At the same time, develop employee career development plans to provide promotion opportunities and development space for employees.
③ Performance management: Assist the responsible leader in establishing a performance management system, developing assessment standards and processes, regularly evaluating employees' work performance, and providing corresponding rewards and incentive measures based on the evaluation results to improve employees' work enthusiasm and satisfaction.
④ Employee Relations Management: Manage employee personnel file information, responsible for handling procedures such as employee onboarding, transfer, resignation, and social security purchase. At the same time, handle employee complaints and suggestions, and maintain harmonious and stable employee relationships.
⑤ Employee welfare management: According to company policies, develop employee welfare plans, including social insurance, housing provident fund, holiday benefits, employee activities, etc., to improve employees' job satisfaction and sense of belonging.
(3) Logistics support
① Office Environment Management: Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the company's office area, including the repair and maintenance of office facilities and equipment, cleaning and greening of the office environment, etc.
② Office supplies management: Responsible for the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of office supplies for the company, ensuring sufficient and reasonable use of office supplies.
2.1 Bachelor's degree or above, age range 21-35 years old (exceptionally outstanding candidates may have their qualifications relaxed appropriately);
2.3 Priority given to humanities majors such as human resource management, law, and journalism;
2.4 More than three years of administrative and personnel work experience in the same industry, with work experience in fine chemical industry and pharmaceutical industry preferred, familiar with or basic understanding of essence and fragrance industry preferred.
