To further enrich and promote the corporate culture of Lorraine Company, fully demonstrate the demeanor of its employees, enhance team cohesion and unity, foster a strong spirit of teamwork, and strengthen communication among employees for a better future of the company, on June 15, 2018, a total of 23 employees participated in the 2018 annual outdoor team-building activity held at Shuiju Ecological Manor, beside Erlongba Reservoir, Konggang New District, Guandu District, Kunming City.
Enhancing employee value is a “win–win” strategy: for enterprises, it serves as the core driver of sustainable development; for employees, it is the key pathway to realizing personal value; and for society, it is an important force in upgrading human resources. Therefore, whether for small and medium-sized enterprises or large corporations, enhancing employee value should be incorporated into long-term strategy. Through training, empowerment, and career planning, enterprises and employees can achieve mutual growth.
On June 5, 2025, Lorraine donated sports shoes to local students during a condolence event in Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province.
On December 11, 2024, Lorraine conducted a donation and condolence activity at the North Ancient City Nursing Home in Yiliang, donating food and grain.
On December 8, 2023, Lorraine conducted a donation and condolence activity at Yiliang Happiness 99 Nursing Home, distributing food and clothing to 56 elderly people;
On November 3, 2023, the Yiliang Branch of Kunming Ecological Environment Bureau hosted the public welfare activity "Protecting Water Environment and Sharing Green Space", which was organized by Lorraine;
In 2021, enterprises assisted in rural revitalization and jointly built the "100 Enterprises Revitalize 100 Villages" work. Lorraine visited the Nanchong Village Committee and Xiaolongtan Shangxiazhai in Yiliang County;
On September 18, 2020, Lorraine held the "Caring for the Elderly, Warm Mid Autumn Festival" event to visit the nursing home in Beigu Town, Yiliang County;
On February 14, 2020, the donation ceremony of Yiliang Charity Association for the prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia was held in Yiliang County, where Arjong Ye donated on behalf of the company.
In December 2018, Lorraine visited Banshan Village in Beiyang Street, Yiliang County to comfort the disadvantaged, elderly, sick and disabled;
