1.5 Support the development of traceable and more responsible supply chains to ensure the quantity and quality of current and future supplies (such as organic, UEBT, lifetime certification);

2.1 Bachelor's degree or above, age range of 20-40 years old (exceptionally outstanding candidates may have their qualifications relaxed appropriately).

2.2 This position accepts outstanding fresh graduates and interns.

2.3 Priority will be given to those with planting experience, knowledge and skills related to soil fertilizers and pesticides, and the ability to solve practical planting problems;

2.4 Have project management experience and possess experimental and research thinking skills;

Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) and able to use it as a language for business work;

2.6 Priority given to obtaining English CET-4 or CET-6 or other relevant European language qualifications, familiar with relevant organic certifications, UEBT certifications or For Life certifications;

2.7 Possess the spirit of hard work and endurance, have a high sense of responsibility, work actively and conscientiously;

2.8 Strong communication skills, able to work independently or collaboratively with a team;

2.9 Proficient in office software and related database management tools.
