1.2 Have a relative understanding of the current domestic and foreign feed additive markets, and clarify the positioning of research and development products;

1.3 Follow up on product development and marketing progress, provide product promotion strategies and ideas for sales;

1.4 Follow up on the results of each production stage of the product, and jointly verify the factory standards with the production department based on product positioning and quality standards;

1.5 Promote and export intellectual property rights, coordinate and lead the work of intellectual property declaration, etc;

1.6 Review and assess the product market situation, and adjust product definitions and strategies in a timely manner;

1.7 Work content arranged by other companies.

2.1 Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree is preferred, age range is 30-40 years old (exceptionally outstanding candidates may be relaxed appropriately);

2.2 Professional knowledge related to animal medicine, veterinary medicine, animal nutrition, and feed formulation;

2.3 Experience in animal medicine research and development or experience in feed additive research and development is preferred;

2.4 Work experience in related feed production or research and development enterprises is preferred.
